Lisa Owens

Lisa Owens is an emerging poet from St. Louis, Missouri. With a passion for connection to self, nature and others, she seeks to inspire, instill strength, and build a relationship with the reader. She is happiest when curled up in the wee hours of the morning with a steamy cup of coffee working on a new poem; surrounded by trees, birdsong, and crisp air on a daily walk; immersed in other cultures (particularly British/Irish/Scottish); enjoying good conversation with friends and a Guinness in a lively pub; or snuggled on the couch with her littles at the end of a long day. Other works by Lisa can be found in anthologies by Quillkeepers Press, Poets Choice, Tiny Seed Journal, and Plants & Poetry Journal.
